A Thief In The House

My place was broken into a few days ago. Nothing was missing except for some cash that I left in the living room. This has never happened to me before and I am contemplating moving to a new place. Somewhere closer to my friends so they can watch over my house whenever I'm away. There have also been a few similar cases in the area where I'm staying at the moment and I have a feeling that these break-ins were done by the same person or people. It is sad how some people would resort to such activities just for a few ringgit. I don't think it will be that difficult to find a new place. The only problem is finding a suitable place for me and my cats. Moving the stuff will be another major problem. I hate to pack and unpack but I guess, I don't have much choice.

My Raya Pics

I'm quite jealous when I looked at other people's blogs and saw their Raya pictures. Well, I think it's a pre-requisite to have Raya pictures in your blogs. So here are a few of mine taken at various places and with various people.

Mira, me, Nina and Dab

Me, Fa and Dab

Me and my cousins, Man and Ida

The Absent-minded Hairdresser

It's been a while since I last wrote here. I forgot my password and of course, I couldn't have access to my own blog. It's like losing your car key or house key. You can only look at them but you know you won't be able to get into them. I hope this won't be happening again. God knows how many times I have lost my personal stuff and most of the time, they were lost when they were still in my possession. The irony is I usually get mad when people lose my stuff even when it is unintentional. Well, it just shows how much I love myself that I am always willing to forgive myself even for some stupid mistakes. Anyway, puasa and Hari Raya are over and done with. If one can wish a belated birthday, I guess I can wish all of you a belated puasa and Raya. Afterall, I believe there must still be some 'serdak-serdak kuih Raya' left in your cookie jars!

Cameron Highlands

This was taken during a day trip to Cameron Highlands a few weeks ago. It was fun nevertheless. Don't say anything about the way I posed for the camera. Unlike Mariah Carey, I have no problems showing the left-hand side of my face!
